A luxury fragrance brand rooted in botanical heritage and clean beauty. I led product design and creative direction on a full digital redesign — solving fragrance ecommerce's hardest problem: helping customers discover and connect with scents they've never smelled.

The Challenge
Fragrance doesn't translate through a screen. The existing experience wasn't bridging that sensory gap, and the brand needed a unified design vision that could scale across digital, marketing, and physical touchpoints.

The Strategy
I approached the site as a sensory experience, not a storefront. Every decision — from visual language to interaction design to content strategy — was designed to make scent feel tangible and guide customers toward confident discovery.

The Solution
I designed the full end-to-end ecommerce experience, including a Find Your Fragrance quiz, Build Your Own Bundle, Custom Sampler Sets, and redesigned PDPs with richer scent storytelling, ingredient-inspired rollover photography, and a Scent Glossary. Brand storytelling modules were woven across every page. Beyond the site, I led creative direction on marketing assets, paid social campaigns, billboard designs, in-store displays, and pop-up signage — building a cohesive visual system that carries across every channel.

The Results
43% increase in media efficiency. 16% increase in site sessions. 24% increase in add-to-cart rate. 10% increase in returning customer revenue. 91% increase in Klaviyo-owned revenue. A brand experience that finally feels as intentional as the fragrances themselves.
